While e-mail serves as a convenient means to communicate, it’s also clearly become a system that can leave many of us feeling overwhelmed and even riddled with guilt. In the last several months I developed a minimalist approach to e-mail that helps you read, address, and purge emotional and digital baggage in three simple steps.
